This course is suitable for all practitioners and those who support them.
To enable all staff to build personal resilience, understand the importance of organisational resilience and be aware of the impact of both on practice.
By the end of the course the participants should be able to:
- Understand the concept of personal emotional resilience and the organisational conditions that can support this
- Explore emotional resilience in your work, considering techniques and tools to support wellbeing at work
- Consider self-care tools to support you in developing and sustaining emotional resilience
