Online Harms

‘Be The First Filter’ is an online harms campaign developed with professionals, parents and carers in Jersey.

The campaign aims to reduce the creation and sharing of ‘self-generated’ indecent images among children and young people. It provides information, advice, and support for the adults who play a key role in helping 9 to 11 year olds stay safer online.

Be the First Filter has been enabled through a partnership between NSPCC Jersey, Safeguarding Partnership Jersey and local organisations. Our thanks to the Soroptimists International Jersey for the generous support to help the development and creation of our parent resources.
