Colleagues from the Safeguarding Partnership Board (SPB) Business Support Team were delighted to attend this year’s Channel Islands Pride, Jersey on Saturday 16 September.
It was an ideal opportunity to celebrate and engage with members of the LGBTQ+ community and Islanders to highlight the key successes for the SPB while raising awareness of ongoing strategies such as Controlling and Coercive Behaviour and Child Exploitation.
Safeguarding children and adults is everyone’s responsibility. It is only through supporting and working with our local communities, Islanders and our key partner agencies that we can make this island a safer place for children and vulnerable adults.
