Serious Case Reviews (SCRs)
The SPB commissions SCRs when a child or adult at risk has died or been harmed and there are concerns about the way organisations have worked together.
Child Death Overview Panel (CDOP)
We are responsible for ensuring that a review of each death of a child normally resident in Jersey is undertaken.
